We want you to be happy with what you buy. You can try Voice Agent Pro free for 3 days before you pay, and you can ask for a refund within 7 days of any payment.
Voice Agent Pro
Ask within 7 days of a payment, for a new licence or a renewal, and we refund that payment in full. The licence, or the 30 days that renewal added, is then switched off.
AI credits
Ask within 7 days of a payment and we refund the part of that month’s credit you have not used. The part already used is not refunded.
n8n templates
Ask within 7 days and we refund a template you have not downloaded or imported yet. A template you have downloaded or imported cannot be returned.
Mistakes
If you were charged twice or by mistake, we always refund the extra payment, whenever you tell us.
How to ask
Write to us through our contact page with your order number. You do not have to give a reason, though it helps us improve. Once we approve a refund, we send it back the way you paid (bank transfer or bKash) within 7 working days. We refund the amount we received.
After 7 days
If something does not work after the 7 days, please still tell us: we will fix it, and if we cannot, we will look at a refund for the time you could not use.
