These terms apply when you buy from products.softvoltai.com or use what you bought here: Voice Agent Pro licences, the free trial, AI credits and n8n templates. Please read them with our privacy policy and refund policy.
About us
The store is run by SoftVoltAI, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. You can reach us through our contact page.
Your account
Give us correct details, keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
What you buy
- Voice Agent Pro: a licence for the number of websites in your plan. Each payment covers 30 days, and renewing from My Account adds 30 days to the same licence key. While the licence is active you get every Pro feature, updates and support. When it ends, Pro switches off and the free SoftVoltAI Voice Agent plugin keeps working.
- Free trial: 3 days of Pro for one website, one trial per account and per website. n8n template import and AI credits are not part of the trial. It ends by itself, and nothing is charged.
- AI credits: a monthly amount of AI usage, in US dollars at our rates, that your Pro websites use through our AI server instead of your own AI key. Unused credit does not carry over to the next month. When the month’s credit is used up, answers through AI credits stop until your plan renews or you choose a bigger plan. We may change the AI provider or model behind AI credits, keeping similar quality, and we limit how fast requests can be sent to protect the service.
- n8n templates: a one-time purchase. You may use a template in your own projects and your clients’ projects, and change it as you like. You may not resell or share the template files themselves.
The software licence
Our plugins are released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. Your licence key does not limit that licence: it gives you access to Pro features, updates, the licence service, AI credits and support for the websites and time your plan covers.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change for new purchases and renewals. We currently accept bank transfer and bKash. If you pay in Bangladeshi taka, we count ৳125 for every $1 (for example, $10 is ৳1,250); the rate shown with the payment details when you order is the one that applies. We start your order once your payment reaches us, and then email your licence key. Any fee your bank or bKash charges for sending the payment is yours to pay.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 7 days of a payment, as set out in our refund policy.
Fair use
Do not use our products or services to break the law, send spam, or harm others. Do not share a licence key beyond the websites your plan covers, try to get around licence or usage limits, resell access to our AI server, or attack or overload our services. If a licence is used against these terms, we may suspend it, and we will tell you when we can.
Availability
We work to keep the licence service and the AI credits server running, but we cannot promise they will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or a problem at a provider we use.
Warranty and liability
As far as the law allows, our products and services are provided “as is”. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version shown when you buy or renew applies to that purchase or renewal.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka can decide any dispute.
