This policy explains what personal data SoftVoltAI collects through this store (products.softvoltai.com), the licence and update service our plugins use, and our AI credits server (ai.softvoltai.com); why we collect it; and what happens to it. Our main website, softvoltai.com, has its own privacy policy.
Who we are
SoftVoltAI (“we”, “us”) makes WordPress plugins and sells their licences, AI credits and n8n templates here. We are based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and we decide how the data described here is used. You can reach us about anything in this policy through our contact page.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form), and the billing details the checkout asks for.
- Orders and payments: what you bought, the price, the order number, the payment method you chose and the reference you give us for a bank or bKash payment. We never receive card details: bank and bKash payments go through your bank or bKash.
- Licences: your licence key, plan and end date, and for each website you switch on: its address, its name, the plugin version and the IP address the request came from. Voice Agent Pro checks its licence with us from time to time (about every six hours), sending the site address, the licence key and the plugin version.
- Protection against misuse: when a licence key is used in a way that looks wrong (for example a wrong or ended key, or more websites than the plan allows), we record the event with the site address and IP address, and we may send ourselves an alert by email or Telegram.
- Free trial: which account and which website started a trial, and, for 30 days, a one-way hashed form of the IP address it came from, so the same trial cannot be started again and again.
- AI credits: when a website uses AI credits, the conversation messages it sends pass through our AI server to our AI provider, DeepSeek, which writes the answer. Our server does not keep the messages. It keeps a hashed form of the AI credits key and how much was used each month, in US dollars, and drops that record 120 days after the key was last used.
- n8n templates: which templates your account bought. When you import a template with Voice Agent Pro, your n8n address and API key stay on your own website; they are not sent to us.
- Emails: the order, licence and account emails we send you, through our email provider.
- Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs (IP address, browser, the page asked for and the time) to keep the store running and secure.
Cookies
The store uses WordPress and WooCommerce cookies: one keeps you logged in, others remember your cart and checkout. WooCommerce may also note which page or website brought you to the store and save that with your order. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Services we use
- Northflank hosts the store, the licence service and the AI credits server.
- DeepSeek writes the AI answers paid for with AI credits. It handles the messages under its own privacy policy, on servers in China. It is used only for AI credits; if your website uses its own AI key, messages go to the provider you chose, not to us.
- Google Fonts: your browser loads the store’s fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when it does.
- Our email provider delivers the emails described above.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Why we use it
- To sell you what you order, deliver your licence key, run the licence and update service and the AI credits you paid for: this is needed for our contract with you.
- To keep licences from being misused, keep the store secure and stop repeated free trials: our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
How long we keep it
- Your account: until you ask us to delete it.
- Orders and payment records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Licences and their websites: while the licence exists. After it ends you can ask us to delete them.
- Trial IP records: 30 days. AI credits usage records: 120 days after the key was last used.
- Misuse records and server logs: only as long as needed to protect the service.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to get a copy, or to have it deleted, through our contact page. We may need to keep order records that the law requires us to keep. You can also correct your details at any time in My Account.
Security
The store runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and licence answers are signed so they cannot be faked. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to protect your data.
Children
The store is for businesses and adults. It is not meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top.
