Your voice agent needs an AI model to answer. You can bring your own key from an AI provider, or use AI credits: we run the model for you and count what each chat costs.

How it works

  • Buy a plan and you get an AI credits key by email and in My Account.
  • Paste the key in WordPress: AI Voice Agent > Settings > AI model, choose SoftVoltAI AI credits. This needs Voice Agent Pro on the site.
  • Each plan is a dollar amount a month. Every answer uses a little of it, at the model’s cost per word. You see what is used and what is left in WordPress.
  • When the month’s amount is used up, the agent shows your fallback message until the next month or until you renew.

Good to know

  • Each payment covers 30 days. Renew from My Account > Licences to keep the same key.
  • No AI provider account is needed.
  • Prefer your own key? That is free with us: the plugin works with your own OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or DeepSeek key.
