How the "Reminder if a lead is not contacted" workflow runs

24 hours after each lead it checks WordPress. If the lead is still marked new, you get a Telegram reminder so no one falls through the cracks.

What you get

  • The n8n workflow as a .json file, ready to import. Credentials and test data are removed.
  • Works with: Webhook, SoftVoltAI API, Telegram.
  • 6 nodes, laid out and named so you can follow it.
  • Updates to this template: download the newest version from My Account whenever you like.

How to use it

  1. With Voice Agent Pro: in WordPress, open AI Voice Agent > n8n Templates and press Import. It goes straight into your n8n.
  2. Without Pro: download the .json from My Account > n8n Templates, then in n8n choose Import from file.
  3. Connect your own accounts on the nodes that need them, and switch the workflow on.

You need your own n8n, on n8n Cloud or self-hosted. Templates that receive leads take them from SoftVoltAI Voice Agent (the free plugin is enough).
